For just about any event, Rice Street Community Room can meet your needs. With capacity of up to 100, small groups can enjoy a full kitchen, large gathering room and extended yard for outdoor activities whether it's volleyball, croquet, hunting Easter eggs or just a relaxing evening with friends. Meetings for business or local community groups love the meeting facilities.

Regular rental rates are only $45 per session (8-5 or 5-midnight). Full days and multiple days can also be arranged. Residents of New Boston Property Management have a benefit like none other: one-half price rental on all facilities. It's a great thing to lease with NBPM where the benefits just do not stop.
A full kitchen equipped with refrigerator, stove, vent-a-hood, microwave and dishwasher. A 40-cup or a 12-cup coffee pot is available for coffee-drinkers. Local caterers know this facility well or your group may want to cook it here. Either way, it's here for your enjoyment.
